The Cloris Awards Board
Officially incorporated in 2026, the Cloris Awards Board coordinates and plans the annual theatre awards ceremony. Each member serves a 3-year term, there is no limit to number of terms a Board member may serve. New members require a majority vote to serve on the Board.
